Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

i-Blason LLC is building a customer-facing mobile app and companion website in the fashion and style space. They are seeking a senior product designer to lead the design process, creating a coherent visual language and high-fidelity screens for both app and web.

Responsibilities:

• Visual UI and design system. Establish the look (color, type, spacing, iconography, components) and build it into a reusable Figma library
• End-to-end product design (UX and UI). Pressure-test existing flows and mockups, refine the interaction and information design, and deliver polished high-fidelity screens
• Prototypes and developer handoff. Create clickable Figma prototypes for key flows across app and web, plus clean, specified handoff that engineering can build from
• Brand and visual identity. Shape the product's visual identity (logo, app icon, overall aesthetic) and carry it through app and web. Naming is still in progress, so there is room to help define the brand

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional product or UI/UX design experience, with shipped consumer products in your portfolio (mobile apps, iOS preferred, and responsive web)
• Strong visual craft and a clear point of view on modern, editorial, fashion or lifestyle-adjacent aesthetics
• Fluency in design systems and Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, tokens, prototyping), and comfort owning a library end to end
• Ability to lead design decisions independently, taking an ambiguous brief and returning a clear, defensible direction
• Comfort working async and cross-functionally with product, marketing, and AI/engineering. Our team works across English and Chinese; Chinese is not required, but clear written communication is
• Based in the United States. We are only considering US-based applicants for this engagement
• Individual consultants or small studios welcome. If you are a studio, the senior people who will do the work should lead the engagement, not a junior team
• Experience with AI or chat interfaces
• Experience with fashion or e-commerce products
• Experience building a brand identity from scratch
