Senior Manager, Product Launch

Vynamic is a management consulting firm specializing in life sciences, and they are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Launch to lead product launch and commercialization engagements. The role involves partnering with clients to define strategies, optimize operating models, and guide execution across the commercialization lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Launch Engagements: Serve as the engagement lead for strategic product launch consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong team performance, and exceptional client outcomes
• Executive Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic guidance throughout the commercialization lifecycle
• Launch Strategy & Readiness: Design and lead integrated launch strategies, launch readiness assessments, governance models, and cross-functional planning efforts that enable successful product launches
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other client functions to align priorities and drive execution
• Strategic Analysis & Recommendations: Be mindful of and understand market dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and organizational capabilities to develop actionable recommendations
• Project Leadership & Risk Management: Lead engagement planning, proactively manage risks and issues, facilitate executive decision-making, and ensure successful project execution
• People Development: Mentor and coach consultants, providing ongoing feedback and creating opportunities for professional growth
• Business Development: Support proposal development, thought leadership, and client relationship expansion to grow Vynamic's Product Launch practice
• Practice Development: Contribute to methodologies, intellectual capital, and best practices that strengthen Vynamic's commercialization and launch offerings
• Inclusive Leadership: Foster an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and collaboration drives innovative client solutions

Requirements:

• Experience in leading complex product launch and commercialization engagements
• Ability to partner with senior client stakeholders to define launch strategies
• Experience in establishing governance and optimizing operating models
• Proven track record in guiding cross-functional execution across the commercialization lifecycle
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Experience in designing and leading integrated launch strategies and launch readiness assessments
• Ability to partner with various client functions such as Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
• Strong strategic analysis skills and ability to develop actionable recommendations based on market dynamics and competitive intelligence
• Experience in project leadership and risk management
• Ability to mentor and coach consulting teams
• Experience in business development and proposal development
