Product Design Intern (Unpaid)

Ruta Health is a holistic health platform for women with chronic symptoms, seeking a Product Design Intern to contribute to their brand and design system. The intern will work closely with the founder, gaining experience in AI-native product design and customer discovery.

Responsibilities:

• Shape Ruta's visual identity: type, color, logo direction, imagery, and illustration
• Build our design system from scratch: components, tokens, states, spacing
• Design product screens that ship to real users
• Create brand assets for social, the website, and beta outreach
• Sit in on user conversations and see your work meet the people it's for

Requirements:

• A creative person with a keen eye for design and branding
• Strong in Figma, and comfortable building systems, not just one-off screens
• Passionate about holistic health and women's health
• Restraint. You know when to take something away from a design
• Self-directed. You'll get context and feedback, and a lot of room to run
• Students, recent grads, and career changers welcome. No years-of-experience requirement, show us the work
