The Machine Learning Engineer 3 role is focused on designing, developing, and deploying machine learning solutions for Jobrion’s career products, collaborating with teams to ensure model performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning solutions that power Jobrion’s career products
• Building and refining models for pattern recognition, recommendation, and ranking
• Implementing and optimizing neural network architectures for production use
• Collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable algorithms
• Ensuring model performance, reliability, and ethical use of data
• Data preprocessing
• Feature engineering

• Maintaining robust ML pipelines and documentation

• Contributing to technical design reviews and long-term ML strategy

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, including data structures, algorithm design, and software engineering best practices
• Proficiency in Statistics and Pattern Recognition, with experience in hypothesis testing, model evaluation, and working with real-world, noisy datasets
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar) for training and deploying models at scale
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for ML (such as Python) and familiarity with ML tooling, experiment tracking, and version control
• Experience building production-ready ML systems, including APIs or services, and working with cloud platforms or containerization technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment, with clear communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Experience in recommendation systems, search, or talent/career technology products is a plus, as is familiarity with ATS or HR technology ecosystems
