Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the strategy and performance of the ThrivePass platform, driving innovation and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Bring fresh ideas to the table. We're all about innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive outcomes
• Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with department strategy and company goals
• Define and drive platform strategy, planning, delivery, and optimization by establishing and monitoring success metrics
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog with a focus on adoption, performance, reliability, and scalability
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience managing and launching software products from concept to delivery
• Experience working in Agile product development environments and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills supported by customer insights and product metrics
• Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility when prioritizing work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear action plans
• Experience in the employee benefits, HR technology, fintech, or healthcare technology industries
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and scaling customer-facing products
• Experience working with product analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Passion for building innovative, high-impact solutions that improve customer experiences
