We are seeking a Senior SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) Subject Matter Expert to drive solution sustainment, production support, and regulatory compliance for global Life Sciences operations. In this role, you will lead L2 support, incident management, and system integrations between SAP S/4HANA QM and key manufacturing platforms. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth go-live transitions, hypercare execution, and overall operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with SAP BRH, including at least 2 full implementation or sustainment engagements.
8-10+ years of deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM), including Batch Management, Inspection Lots, and Quality Notifications.
Strong background in regulated Life Sciences environments (GMP/GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, audit trails, and validation documentation).
Willingness to travel hybrid onsite (~20-25%) to Philadelphia/NJ facilities as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in a technical or business discipline.
Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, and direct LIMS/MES integrations.
Prior experience working within Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, or J&J system ecosystems.
Formal SAP certifications in Quality Management or related modules.
