The Lead Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by analyzing and documenting business requirements, recommending innovative solutions, and supporting the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, business challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Analyze available solution options based on feasibility, cost, and business alignment, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Facilitate walkthroughs to map functional specifications to business requirements.
• Prepare and support the creation of test cases aligned with functional requirements.
• Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.

Role Summary

A Senior Business Analyst (10+ years of experience in the insurance domain) with Platform Administration experience is required to prepare and maintain detailed system requirements, including functionality and software architecture.

The role involves facilitating the business analysis process, identifying business requirements for system solutions and process improvements, and supporting Business Process Modeling initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed system requirements, functionality, and software architecture documentation.
• Facilitate business analysis activities and gather business and system requirements.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and create business process designs.
• Assist with technical requirements, product requirements, testing considerations, operational concerns, and system constraints.
• Prepare business cases and decision-making documentation for new product development initiatives.
• Develop business process models using Business Process Modeling techniques and tools.
• Lead requirements elicitation and analyze business unit requests.
• Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate solution options and communicate business and system impacts.
• Conduct business process analysis and needs assessments to align technology solutions with business initiatives.
• Coordinate software package development requirements.
• Support reporting and data analysis using SQL tools.
• Interact with project teams, business users, vendors, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in the Insurance domain.
• Experience with Platform Administration.
