Stantec is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to support our Transportation Infrastructure team in our Prince George, British Columbia office. This position is expected to work approximately 20 - 25 hours per week. In this role, you will provide day-to-day office coordination, administrative support, facilities coordination, safety and environmental program support, and employee experience support to help our teams deliver transportation infrastructure projects efficiently and safely.
This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented professional who enjoys working with diverse teams, supporting a fast-paced consulting environment, and contributing to a strong local office culture. You will work closely with Prince George office leadership, project teams, Human Resources, building management, vendors, and employees to support smooth office operations and a positive employee experience.
Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration, human resources, occupational health and safety, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. This is a part-time position based out of Stantec’s Prince George, British Columbia office, with an expected schedule of approximately 20-25 hours per week.
