What awaits you?

• As an integrated member of our team, you will support in all sales channel development related topics for the market and the dealers, e.g.: mystery shopping, Dealer Management System, audits, and trainings.
• You will have the opportunity to support in the dealer network planning and the implementation of retail standards and Corporate Identity on basis of the central regional headquarters strategy.
• You will handle challenging projects in close cooperation with other departments, both locally and internationally, offering a deep insight into the BMW Group.
• You will take part in redefining the customer experience offered at BMW, MINI dealerships across Hungary and Slovenia. In addition to that we will count on you in the composition of administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) including memos, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials and in the translation of materials (e.g.: Newsletters) to English.

 

What is your professional background?

• University student or fresh graduate with economics and/ or technical interest.
• Fast understanding and capturing of complex correlation.
• Ambition and commitment to exceed expectations.
• Self-driven, extremely reliable, and determined personality.
• Computer proficiency in a Windows environment using MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in Hungarian and English. Further language skills will be evaluated as a plus.

Contract: full time (40 hours/week) fixed term 12 months with an option for prolongation

Starting date: September 2026

Location: BMW Group Hungary's office (2220 Vecsés, Lőrinci út 59) with home office possibility
