Growth & Performance Marketing Manager

LHH is partnering with a high-growth, digital-first consumer brand on a confidential search for a senior Growth & Performance Marketing Manager. The role owns customer acquisition, performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, retention, analytics, and the full-funnel P&L while building and scaling a high-performing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing growth and performance marketing team
• Own key KPIs including CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, contribution margin, MER, and customer growth
• Own the full-funnel P&L and marketing budget
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches across paid media
• Lead performance and re-engagement marketing strategy as the business scales and expands its channel mix
• Own offer architecture, pricing tests, bundles, upsells, checkout optimization, and promotional testing
• Lead CRO strategy, including landing page optimization, conversion testing, and experimentation
• Build a true retention function focused on segmentation, winbacks, cohorts, and LTV
• Establish and evolve a rigorous testing and experimentation framework
• Analyze performance across channels and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Partner closely with creative leadership to connect paid performance insights with creative strategy
• Build and scale the team through hiring and development of both full-time and contract talent

Requirements:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on customer acquisition
• Experience within a fast-growing, digital-first/eCommerce environment
• Proven success scaling both upper- and lower-funnel channels
• Strong direct-response and brand marketing experience
• Significant A/B testing and experimentation experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
• Deep knowledge of paid social, paid search, affiliate, native, and sponsored content
• Experience managing agencies and/or marketing teams
• Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, MMM, and MTA
• Experience managing $1M+ per month in performance-focused paid media
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize allocation based on performance
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and balancing strategy with hands-on execution
• SQL is a plus
