Enterprise Sales Director - Strategic Accounts

The AES Group is a technology staffing and services partner delivering cloud, data, AI, and digital solutions, and is conducting a search for a growing AI-first technology services and consulting company. The Enterprise Sales Director will drive growth with major U.S. enterprises by developing strategic accounts, leading the sales lifecycle, shaping technology solutions, and building qualified pipelines to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute account penetration and new-business strategies for strategic enterprise accounts
• Leverage existing relationships and account knowledge to engage senior business and technology decision-makers
• Identify and develop opportunities across digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, automation and technology transformation
• Lead the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification through solutioning, proposal, negotiation and closure
• Collaborate with consulting, solution, technology and delivery teams to develop differentiated solutions aligned with clients' business priorities
• Build and maintain a strong qualified pipeline and deliver against bookings and revenue targets

Requirements:

• 7 10 years of experience in technology consulting, including enterprise sales, account management, consulting, solutioning or delivery leadership
• Experience working for reputable technology services, consulting or professional services organizations, with a strong record of professional achievement
• Demonstrated experience selling or delivering complex technology services to Fortune 500 clients, particularly companies with major operations in the Bay Area, Denver, Dallas or New Jersey
• Strong existing executive and client relationships and the ability to leverage those relationships to identify and develop new opportunities
• Ability to lead client solutioning conversations understanding business and technology challenges, bringing the right technical and consulting resources together, and shaping compelling solutions
• A growth mindset and willingness to originate new opportunities, develop relationships and win new business
• Strong executive presence, communication and relationship-building skills
• A strong academic background from a reputable university
