Associate Project Manager - S

As an Associate Project Manager, you will support and grow the internal Peer-to-Peer Support Network, partnering with various teams to enhance the support experience for associates and tax professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Help support and grow H&R Block's internal Peer-to-Peer Support Network
• Partner across Customer Care, Product, Operations, and Support teams
• Help ensure associates and tax professionals can quickly find answers, connect with experts, and share knowledge with one another
• Help coordinate community activities
• Monitor engagement
• Support operational processes
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall support experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of project coordination, program support, community management, customer support, or related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and common business productivity tools
• Experience supporting online communities, forums, knowledge management programs, or collaboration platforms
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or operational updates
• Familiarity with customer support, service operations, or knowledge management processes
• Experience coordinating training, communications, or engagement programs
• Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment
