Senior Insights Analyst Talent Analytics

We re seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join a Talent Analytics team and help transform workforce data into actionable business insights. This role combines hands-on data analysis, BI/reporting, predictive analytics, and stakeholder partnership.

*This role is Fully Remote*

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ad hoc, recurring, and self-service analytics solutions using HR and enterprise data
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations
• Use SQL and Alteryx to query, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets
• Identify trends and translate complex analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and automation initiatives
• Gather business requirements and independently scope and execute analytics projects
• Partner with HR, Talent, and Technology teams to improve reporting and analytics capabilities

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of SQL experience working with large datasets
• 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx experience
• 2+ years of Power BI, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
• Bachelor s degree in a related field

Preferred:

• Python or R/RStudio
• Predictive analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, or data mining
• People/Talent/HR Analytics experience
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Cornerstone, Qualtrics, VNDLY, or ServiceNow
