The opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our Corporate IT team based in our Canton, MA; Boston MA; Farmington, CT or Raleigh, NC offices on a hybrid schedule. The IAM Specialist supports the Identity & Access Management team in the administration, maintenance, and operational effectiveness of enterprise identity lifecycle processes. The role is responsible for performing access provisioning and deprovisioning, assisting with access reviews, supporting IAM controls, and maintaining accuracy across identity systems. This position emphasizes operational excellence, adherence to security standards, and continuous improvement to protect the environment and reduce identity‑related risks. Candidates should be passionate about delivering secure, stable, and efficient IAM services and demonstrate strong attention to detail and customer service. The expertise you bring
Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires; however, your recruiter will provide more specific compensation details during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is: $81,000 - $114,000, based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Washington DC; our Massachusetts based offices and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $102,000 - $119,000.
