Associate Risk Integration Analyst

The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $55k-$65k, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the implementation of risk programs and testing system modifications in the GRC to strengthen risk programs.
• Documenting user enhancement requirements and assisting with the prioritization of system changes.
• Setting up user credentials and system privileges to limit access to certain types of data and activities, and performing periodic reviews of user privileges.
• Assisting the development and roll-out of end-user system training to ensure system and process adherence.
• Assisting the development of dashboards, reporting, workflow, and system templates that allow efficient governance of risk programs.
• Performing data reviews to ensure the Data Owners can maintain accurate, consistent, and complete data throughout the GRC.
• Supporting ongoing enterprise-wide risk programs, which may include policy management and issues management.
• Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
• Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

 

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related discipline.
• Highly collaborative; able to build strong working relationships with business partners.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Intellectually curious; Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Able to work in a time-sensitive environment and handle a variety of simultaneous tasks.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• 1 year of risk management, audit, information technology/security, compliance, financial services, or banking experience.
• Microsoft Power BI report building
• 1 year of project management experience.
• Basic understanding of risk management principles, banking operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls.
• Previous experience as a GRC user

Physical Requirements:

• Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
• Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
• Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
• Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
