Staff Customer Success Manager

SentinelOne is a company at the intersection of AI and security, pioneering a new operating model for cybersecurity. As a Staff Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through deployment and adoption of AI security solutions while coordinating cross-functional efforts for successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Own executive relationships across a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, developing success plans aligned to business objectives and AI adoption goals
• Lead complex customer onboarding and deployment projects from kickoff through production rollout, building implementation plans, timelines, and risk registers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams — Product, Engineering, Professional Services, TAMs, Support, and Sales — to ensure successful execution and remove blockers
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews, roadmap discussions, health assessments, and strategic planning sessions to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
• Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, and maintain accurate customer health, deployment, and risk data in Salesforce and CS platforms

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Program Management experience supporting enterprise customers
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise software deployments or implementation projects
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and executive communications
• Experience partnering with Security, IT, Infrastructure, Engineering, or DevOps teams, with a solid understanding of SaaS deployment methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
• enterprise security or AI governance experience is a plus
