Prodege is a marketing and consumer insights platform that helps brands, marketers, and agencies acquire customers, grow revenue, and build brand loyalty. The Director, Product Designer, Consumer Experience will lead product design across Prodege’s consumer and business products, building the design team, setting design strategy and quality standards, and translating complex reward and loyalty mechanics into intuitive experiences. This player-coach role partners with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing leadership while contributing hands-on design to high-impact initiatives.
