Remote Customer Success Manager

Talentoma is hiring a Remote Customer Success Manager to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while helping clients receive consistent value from its services and support. The role manages customer accounts, communications, issue resolution, CRM records, internal coordination, and initiatives supporting retention, engagement, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing relationships with assigned customers and accounts
• Conduct regular customer communications, check-ins, and follow-up activities
• Understand customer needs and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal teams
• Monitor customer requests, account activity, and outstanding service needs
• Identify potential concerns and work proactively to address them
• Maintain accurate customer notes, account information, and communication records within CRM systems
• Coordinate internally to resolve service issues and improve customer outcomes
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding requests, projects, and next steps
• Identify recurring customer feedback and communicate trends to relevant teams
• Support customer retention, engagement, satisfaction, and relationship-building initiatives

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer success, account management, client relations, customer service, or a related field
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple customer accounts
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer concerns
• Comfortable using CRM platforms, customer databases, spreadsheets, and communication tools
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
