Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative | WFH | No Experience Required

AO, a proud member of the Globe Life family, is hiring Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representatives. This role involves providing customer support, guiding clients through enrollment, and participating in training and mentorship programs.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone
• Provide outstanding customer service and client support
• Answer questions and explain available benefit options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Build strong relationships with clients through professionalism and trust
• Learn customer service, sales, and leadership skills through hands-on training
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development

Requirements:

• No previous experience required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
• Comfortable using computers, Zoom, and virtual communication tools
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional work environment
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, military, banking, administrative, or sales experience is helpful—but not required
