Clinical Project Manager

Belite Bio is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing novel therapeutics to treat retinal degenerative diseases and other age-related disorders. They are currently seeking a Clinical Project Manager to provide dedicated leadership for clinical trial management activities and establish the foundation for future project management support as the development portfolio expands.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, oversight, and manage the clinical trials
• Plan budget and control cost of the clinical trials
• Proactively identify challenges or quality issues in the execution of clinical trials
• Manage and oversight CRO/vendors to ensure the achievement of clinical trial milestones
• Ensure timely and accurate communication and function as key point of contact with various CRO/vendors

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' working experience in all operational aspects of planning and executing clinical studies with 2 years' project management experience
• Study management experience
• CRO oversight and vendor governance
• Budget tracking and forecasting
• Lead cross-functional meetings
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Ability to interact with senior leadership
• Must have experience contributing to study-level planning, not just execution
• Motivated self-starter and discipline to work independently with minimal guidance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
