AO Globe Life provides life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits to working families and their affiliated members. The Remote Benefits Representative educates members through virtual appointments, recommends personalized insurance solutions, supports enrollment and policy servicing, and maintains compliant records while participating in training and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with members virtually using Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Assess individual needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions
• Guide members through the enrollment process
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, mentorship, and leadership development

• Applicants must be physically located in and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
• No prior insurance experience is required
• This opportunity is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call centers, client success, insurance, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
