Remote Benefits Representative | Entry-Level Customer Service & Sales | Work From Home | Weekly Pay

AO Globe Life is hiring Remote Benefits Representatives to assist veterans and their families with insurance benefits. This role involves educating members about life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with members virtually using Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Assess individual needs and recommend personalized benefit solutions
• Guide members through the enrollment process
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
• Maintain accurate records while following company and state compliance standards
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, mentorship, and leadership development

Requirements:

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, call centers, client success, insurance, or sales is welcomed—but not required
