Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager – Agile Portfolio Delivery

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead portfolio-level Agile delivery across multiple technology squads. This is not a traditional single-team Scrum Master role. We need someone experienced in coordinating large, cross-functional technology initiatives, managing cross-team dependencies, driving PI governance, and improving delivery predictability.

Contract: 6 months with potential extension or conversion ,💼 Employment: W2 only

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Program/Project Management, or related experience
• Demonstrated experience managing delivery across multiple Agile squads/teams
• Experience with large, cross-domain technology programs
• Strong experience with PI Planning / PI governance
• Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies, blockers, risks, and escalations
• Advanced hands-on experience with Jira configuration, dashboards, reporting, and workflow management
• Understanding of software engineering delivery, including technical dependencies, release coordination, SDLC, and delivery risks
• Strong executive/stakeholder communication and leadership reporting skills
• Bachelor''s degree

Nice to Have

• Experience with Telematics, connected vehicles, fleet technology, IoT, or vehicle-data platforms
• Insurance technology experience
• Advanced Agile training/certifications such as PSM II, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, or similar
• Experience working at the ART/RTE/train or portfolio level
