Role : SaaS Operations & Governance Program Manager
Loation : Parsippany NJ (locals preferred)

Strong experience coordinating SaaS operations, governance, or program delivery Advanced experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience with Agile/SAFe frameworks and backlog management Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Experience with audit/compliance (SOX, SOC, control frameworks) Experience supporting vendor-managed SaaS platforms (e.g. HRIS, payroll) Experience building dashboards and metrics frameworks
Key Responsibilities
Manage application specific change requests, release coordination, and maintenance tracking
Own Azure DevOps (ADO) Lean Agile methodology, structure, and backlog management (creating/managing epics, features, user stories, tasks, and bugs - monitoring and updating all team documentation accordingly)
Translate ad hoc communication, meetings, and operational updates into structured tracking and reporting
Facilitate daily standups, cross-functional syncs, and program-level reporting
Maintain governance documentation, operational procedures, and audit artifacts
Manage SOX controls, internal and external application-level audit tracking, and evidence readiness
Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting
Drive process improvement and operational standardization initiatives
Required Qualifications
