The Role:

Shikho is seeking a motivated Junior Executive to manage customer interactions across social media platforms. This role focuses on responding to audience queries, maintaining brand voice, monitoring engagement trends, and escalating critical issues or leads to relevant teams. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to ensuring a consistent and positive brand experience online.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries across all assigned platforms

• Identify, document, and escalate critical issues, complaints, and potential sales leads to relevant internal teams

• Track and report daily performance metrics, including inbox volume, response time, and resolution status

• Monitor engagement trends and flag unusual spikes, declines, or recurring audience concerns

• Ensure consistent brand voice and adherence to approved communication guidelines across all interactions

• Proactively monitor content to prevent, identify, and address misinformation or policy-violating activity

• Platforms to Manage: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Email

Requirements:

• Around 1 to 2 years of experience in social media handling or community management

• Strong written communication skills (Bangla & English preferred)

• Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.

• Familiar with Facebook Business Suite and Meta tools

- Working Days & Hours: 6 Days a Week, 9 hours per day (Friday Weekend)

- Salary: Gross BDT 12,000 to 16,000 per month
