Product Commercialization Manager - Prepaid Issuing

Pathward is a financial empowerment company dedicated to creating financial inclusion for all. The Product Commercialization Manager will lead the development and management of the bank’s sponsorship product offering, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation that addresses compliance, risk management, regulatory requirements, and other governance topics
• Drive revenue growth by developing new solutions and expanding use of existing products
• Partner with cross functional teams to set the product strategy, priorities, and roadmap
• Understand the needs and problems of both Pathward partners and end users
• Partner with internal areas to perform market research and discovery
• Own strategic relationships with key third party partners. Recommend new relationships as needed
• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical implementations
• Monitor and communicate product performance, key metrics, and relevant partner/user feedback
• Drive the go-to-market strategy for new products and enhancements, working with various internal departments to execute
• Manage product P/L. Support forecasting and annual budget planning
• Develop industry expertise by attending industry events, consuming industry research, and analyzing the competitive landscape
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
• 5+ years' of prior industry experience with prepaid and/or deposit products required
• Written and verbal communication
• Project and time Management
• Leadership
• Master's degree preferred
