Workday Business Systems Analyst Contractor

The Workday Business Systems Analyst Contractor will support enterprise HR integration initiatives by designing, developing, troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining Workday integrations while partnering with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support Workday HR integrations
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio
• Develop and support Enterprise Interface Builder integrations
• Configure and support Workday Core Connectors
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple environments
• Perform integration testing, validation, and deployment activities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support integration enhancements and ongoing maintenance activities
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Document integration designs, configurations, and technical processes
• Participate in issue resolution and root cause analysis activities
• Ensure integration solutions align with organizational standards and best practices

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of Workday HR Integration experience
• 5 or more years of hands on Workday Studio experience
• 5 or more years of hands on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder
• 5 or more years of experience with Workday Core Connectors
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Strong integration design and development experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting enterprise Workday environments
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering integration solutions
• Experience supporting large scale HR transformation initiatives
• Experience with inbound and outbound Workday integrations
• Experience with integration monitoring and operational support
• Experience working within consulting environments
• Experience supporting complex Workday ecosystems
