Senior Application Development Engineer

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a highly motivated Senior Application Development Engineer to join their dynamic and growing team. This role involves enhancing provider search capabilities and includes responsibilities such as developing solutions, writing code, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities:

• What is the purpose of this team?

• The need is to backfill a contractor that has resigned
• The team is working on enhancements to our provider search capabilities for open-enrollment and Duals
• Typical Day in the Role
• Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD)

• What makes this role unique? - The day to day will include the following:
• Attending scrum ceremonies

• As A Sr. Software Development Engineer the performance expectations include: coaching and mentoring junior developers, delivering adequate amount of stories (i.e. storie points_ in each sprint), application support for those that consume our services
