Project Manager – Data, BI & AI

Confidential company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Data, Business Intelligence (BI), and AI. The role involves managing project delivery, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and leading globally distributed teams to ensure successful on-time and on-budget completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, BI, AI, and analytics projects
• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical/data science teams
• Drive project milestones and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Manage stakeholder communications, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Prepare and present executive-level project updates and presentations
• Track business value and adoption of analytics solutions
• Lead globally distributed, cross-functional teams
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and continuous process improvement
• Mentor junior project managers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Product, Project, or Program Management
• 5+ years delivering Data Products across multiple functional areas, preferably Finance and Manufacturing
• Proven experience delivering Data, BI, AI, and analytics initiatives
• Strong budgeting, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience presenting to senior business and technical executives
• Strong PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
• Experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Knowledge of AWS, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, AI/ML, R, and Python
• Experience with data science and data visualization projects
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
