Strategic Partnerships & Customer Advocacy Manager

Guesty is the all-in-one platform helping hospitality businesses around the world automate, optimize, and scale their operations. We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Customer Advocacy to own and scale three high-impact growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale Guesty’s Referral Partner, Reseller Partner, and Customer Advocacy programs, turning early-stage initiatives into scalable, revenue-generating channels
• Recruit, onboard, activate, and manage high-value referral and reseller partners, building strong and productive long-term relationships
• Develop and implement scalable partner onboarding, enablement, engagement, and performance management processes
• Drive reseller partnerships from identification and onboarding through ongoing engagement and revenue generation, in close collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations
• Manage partner communications and program operations through PartnerStack, ensuring a seamless and engaging partner experience
• Build and maintain a strong network of customer advocates, identifying and activating engaged customers to support sales and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate customer participation in prospect calls, reference calls, demos, case studies, testimonials, and events
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to embed partner and customer advocacy motions across the go-to-market organization
• Establish reporting, tracking, and accountability around partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, listings growth, and customer advocacy activity
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale program performance, using data and KPIs to drive continuous optimization and business impact

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, customer marketing, customer advocacy, or revenue programs
• Experience building or scaling programs from early-stage foundations
• Strong operational and cross-functional execution skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Data-driven mindset with experience managing toward clear KPIs
