Sales Engineer - Cloud Security

Scout Global is recruiting for an unnamed cloud security vendor seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to support enterprise sales executives across the Eastern US. The role advises customers throughout the sales cycle, supports technical evaluations, and helps build repeatable technical sales processes.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering technical demonstrations and proof of concepts
• Advising enterprise customers on cloud security strategy and architecture
• Supporting evaluations and technical validation activities
• Acting as the voice of the customer internally
• Working closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams
• Helping build repeatable technical sales processes as the company scales

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect
• Strong background within Cyber Security and/or Cloud Security
• Customer-facing experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
