Outreach Specialist / Lead Generation Specialist

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Outreach Specialist / Lead Generation Specialist to help increase qualified demos and sales opportunities through strategic B2B outreach.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and B2B prospecting , particularly within the hospitality industry. This role requires someone who can quickly understand the target market, develop an effective outreach approach, and work independently without requiring constant supervision. They should not simply be someone who can follow an outreach script. They should be an experienced outreach professional who can think strategically, recommend an effective approach, and execute independently .

The primary target market is the U.S. hospitality industry , particularly food and beverage business owners and sales professionals. Since the product is a SaaS/technology solution that can be used nationwide, outreach should not be limited to a specific state.

Scope of Work :

• Develop and execute B2B outreach campaigns focused on generating qualified leads and scheduling demos.
• Conduct prospect research and identify relevant decision-makers within the U.S. hospitality industry.
• Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify and connect with qualified prospects.
• Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages.
• Review and utilize existing prospect lists from Apollo as a source for identifying potential leads on LinkedIn.
• Develop an effective outreach flow based on the client's target market, ideal customer profile, and business objectives.
• Research companies, decision-makers, and relevant contacts to ensure outreach is targeted and appropriate.
• Track prospects and outreach activity, including connection status, responses, follow-ups, and qualified opportunities.
• Maintain an organized lead database using Google Sheets, Excel, or the client's preferred database.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize opportunities for demos and meetings.
• Provide recommendations and improvements to the outreach strategy based on campaign performance and experience.
• Work independently and proactively identify ways to improve lead generation and outreach results.

• Primary Prospects: Food and beverage business owners, hospitality business owners, and relevant sales professionals/decision-makers
• Primary Objective: Generate qualified conversations, demos, and sales opportunities

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outreach .
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
• Experience prospecting and reaching decision-makers within a defined target market.
• Hospitality, food & beverage, SaaS, or technology industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and lead qualification.
• Able to research and identify the right prospects based on specific criteria.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating professional and personalized outreach messages.
• Highly proactive and resourceful.
• Able to quickly understand a business, target market, and ideal customer profile.
• Comfortable working independently and developing an outreach strategy without needing step-by-step instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when maintaining lead lists and tracking outreach.
• Able to analyze results and recommend adjustments to improve outreach performance.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems, and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

Tools Required :

• LinkedIn : Premium account/access may be required for effective prospecting and outreach.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Apollo : may be used as an existing lead source/list for prospect research.
• Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel : for lead tracking and status management.
• Password-sharing/security platform such as LastPass or 1Password for secure account access, as applicable.
• The VA may also recommend additional tools or systems based on their expertise if they can improve the outreach process.

Shifts & Hours :

• Part-time: Starting with a minimum of 10 hours per week; semi- flexible shift
• Schedule should provide sufficient overlap with U.S. business hours to effectively reach prospects nationwide.
• Flexibility across U.S. time zones is preferred, as outreach will target prospects throughout the United States.
• Exact schedule/time zone coverage to be finalized with the client.

• The client would like to put the outreach and marketing efforts in place as soon as possible to support increased sales and demo opportunities.
