Position Overview
The Division Procurement Director leads procurement strategy across the West Division, driving value creation, cost optimization, supplier performance, and operational excellence. Responsible for managing approximately $1 billion in annual spend, this role partners with Division, business leaders, and Americas Materials leaders to develop sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier relationships, and deliver measurable business results through a high-performing procurement organization.
This individual will lead a team of 5-10 managers and analysts across nine states.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's/University Degree
Or
Work Experience: 10+ years’ experience of strategic sourcing / category management experience
Exposure to the building materials (aggregates, asphalt, readymix concrete, etc.), mining or construction sectors preferred
Additional Education Preferred:
Preferred field of study: Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related degree
Travel Requirements: Various locations. Expectation is that the Director is frequently visiting and meeting with the businesses across the West. Will be required to attend out-of-state meetings on a regular basis. Expect 30%-40% travel.
Additional Requirements:
Computer Skills: Technologically savvy, with a full understanding and fluency in computer applications including word processing, email, internet searches, database and presentation software (such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Required Personal Protective Equipment: Will be supplied as required
