COMPENSATION RANGE
Pay Range: $30.00 plus commission
JOB SUMMARY
Since 1970, Great Floors has grown into a thriving organization with retail, commercial, and builder showrooms positioned across the Pacific Northwest. Great Floors is a subsidiary of Artisan Design Group. The Flooring Estimator plays a critical role in supporting project planning and execution by ensuring accurate material take-offs and cost estimates for flooring projects. This position works closely with internal teams and vendors to gather project details, analyze specifications, and deliver timely and accurate proposals.
Success in this role means estimates are completed accurately and on time, project requirements are clearly understood, and materials are aligned to support operational and customer expectations.

Experience in flooring estimation is helpful but not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
