Job Duties

Assist the Rental Manager and Rental Supervisor in leading the daily operations of Teton Village Sports.

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in hiring, training, managing, and motivating a retail sales staff.
• Open/Close
• Work weekend shifts
• Maintain efficient daily operations of rental department.
• Work with sales staff to ensure proper cash-handling and charge procedures are in compliance.
• Execute daily operations including morning meetings, opening/closing procedures, daily sales goal, and key holder.
• Assist rental department during high customer volume periods.
• Assist in processing customer special orders, warranty returns and damages.
• Assist in executing store sales and promotions.
• Assist in processing store transfers.
• Merchandise new products and facilitate back stock/restocking.
• Work with retail manager to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in all sales training and up selling techniques.
• Facilitate morning sales goals and go over any new retail information.

• Knowledge of the ski/snowboard industry.
• Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a plus.
• Cash handling skills.
• Rental experience preferred.
