Lead My Care is seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-focused Vice President of Project Management to lead its global Project Management organization and Enterprise PMO. The role will establish enterprise-wide governance, oversee strategic project and program portfolios, optimize resources, manage risks and budgets, and lead digital transformation initiatives. The VP will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure critical initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and aligned with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company's global Project Management and PMO strategy
Establish a scalable Enterprise PMO operating model, governance structure, methodologies, and standards
Align project and program portfolios with corporate strategy and business priorities
Advise executive leadership on project performance, strategic risks, resource constraints, and portfolio priorities
Establish project approval, prioritization, escalation, and governance frameworks
Lead executive steering committees and portfolio review meetings
Provide regular project portfolio reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, execution excellence, and continuous improvement
Oversee a portfolio of complex, high-value, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives
Prioritize projects based on strategic value, financial impact, customer value, risk, and resource availability
Establish portfolio management processes and investment prioritization frameworks
Monitor project dependencies, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and resource requirements
Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational objectives throughout their lifecycle
Identify underperforming initiatives and implement corrective action plans
Track business benefits, ROI, and strategic outcomes
Ensure successful delivery of mission-critical enterprise programs
Establish standardized project management methodologies across the organization
Implement Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, and other appropriate delivery models
Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance documentation
Establish project quality standards and delivery controls
Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, resources, dependencies, and deliverables
Improve project predictability and delivery performance
Establish standardized project reporting and executive dashboards
Drive continuous improvement across project execution processes
Develop enterprise-wide resource planning and capacity management strategies
Optimize allocation of personnel, technology, capital, and other resources across projects
Identify resource conflicts, capacity constraints, and organizational bottlenecks
Develop workforce forecasts based on the strategic project pipeline
Partner with Human Resources and functional leaders on talent planning
Evaluate internal resources, contractors, consultants, and implementation partners
Improve resource utilization and project team productivity
Establish transparent resource prioritization frameworks
Establish enterprise project risk management standards
Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate project and program risks
Maintain executive-level risk registers and escalation mechanisms
Develop contingency and recovery plans for high-risk initiatives
Resolve cross-functional project conflicts and executive escalations
Monitor regulatory, operational, financial, technology, cybersecurity, and vendor-related risks
Ensure project teams proactively address risks before they impact delivery
Report material risks and mitigation strategies to executive leadership
Oversee project and program budgets across the enterprise portfolio
Partner with Finance to develop project forecasts and financial plans
Monitor budget performance, cost variance, and financial risks
Establish project financial controls and approval processes
Optimize project spending and resource investments
Evaluate project ROI and benefits realization
Ensure projects remain financially aligned with approved business cases
Provide executive-level financial reporting on strategic initiatives
Lead major enterprise transformation and modernization programs
Oversee technology implementation, cloud migration, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems projects
Partner with Product, Engineering, IT, and Operations teams to deliver transformation initiatives
Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A), organizational restructuring, international expansion, and new market launches
Drive business process automation and operational efficiency
Introduce modern project management technologies and data-driven delivery practices
Establish transformation roadmaps with measurable business outcomes
Ensure strategic initiatives generate sustainable business value
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, HR, and Executive Leadership
Coordinate complex initiatives spanning multiple departments and geographic regions
Establish clear ownership, accountability, communication, and escalation structures
Facilitate executive alignment on project priorities and resource allocation
Resolve cross-functional dependencies and delivery conflicts
Ensure transparent communication among project stakeholders
Build strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders
Represent the PMO at executive planning and strategy meetings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related field
20+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, Operations, or Business Transformation
10+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise PMOs or large-scale project organizations
Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional, multi-million-dollar programs
Experience leading geographically distributed and global teams
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid delivery, and enterprise project governance
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
