Customer Service Representative

Pride Health is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote opportunity supporting patients and community members. The role provides telephone-based assistance with scheduling healthcare appointments, accurately entering patient information, using EPIC software, following established workflows, and delivering patient-focused customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional telephone-based customer service to patients and community members
• Schedule medical appointments accurately using EPIC
• Follow established workflow tools and processes
• Enter and maintain patient information with a high level of accuracy
• Meet assigned work schedules, attendance, and performance expectations
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive and patient-focused work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Ability to consistently follow workflows, instructions, and schedules
• Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused communication style
• preferably in a healthcare setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience scheduling medical appointments
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred
