Product Manager - Endpoint Management

NinjaOne provides a Unified IT Operations Platform for endpoint management, patching, backup, and remote access. The Product Manager will define product vision, roadmaps, and priorities for foundational endpoint management capabilities such as automations, policies, agents, and dashboards. The role will collaborate with engineering, design, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable product improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Help define and evolve the vision for NinjaOne’s core endpoint management capabilities, ensuring we continue to lead the market in functionality, usability, innovation and flexibility
• Contribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap. Evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and make trade-offs that deliver the most value to customers and the business
• Drive product direction for core features such as automations, policies, agent behaviour, configuration models, and other foundational capabilities used across the platform
• Work closely with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities from concept to delivery, ensuring features are well-defined, usable, and solve real customer problems
• Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to understand how endpoint management is used in practice. Translate those insights into product improvements and new capabilities
• Write clear product requirements, define workflows and edge cases, and ensure features are delivered to a high standard. Iterate based on feedback and usage data
• Ensure core platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and enable other product areas to build on top of them effectively
• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• • 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, at an MSP, or in an internal IT team
• • 2+ years of Product Management experience in an RMM/Endpoint Management role
• • Background in system administration, such as:
• • Windows, macOS, or Linux administration
• • Endpoint management, device configuration, automation, or scripting
• • Experience in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused roles
• • Deep understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world environments
• • Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical concepts without needing to write production code
• • Proven ability to take product features from idea to delivery and iterate based on customer feedback
• • Strong written and verbal communication skills
• • Data-informed decision maker who balances customer needs, product quality, and business priorities
• • Able to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority
• • Must be able to work Eastern Time zone hours, with a mandatory start time of 8:00 AM ET
• Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA

• *Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate
• Experience working in a collaborative, multi-PM environment is a plus
