Deputy Project Manager

Stelvio Inc. is seeking a Deputy Project Manager with direct tolling industry experience to support the successful delivery of projects. The role coordinates schedules, budgets, vendors, risks, documentation, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders informed and projects on track.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, risks, and action items
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and change requests
• Work with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and documentation
• Maintain risk and issue logs and escalate potential problems
• Support quality, safety, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Direct tolling industry experience is an essential requirement
• 3–5 years' experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role
• Essential: Direct experience working within the tolling industry
• Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• Experience within infrastructure, technology, or engineering projects is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CAPM/PMP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
