Full Stack Developer (AI-Enabled .NET Engineer)

Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, helps organizations implement technology-driven innovation through quality engineering, cloud and application development, and AI, data, and automation. The company is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and support modern enterprise applications in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The role will use AI-enabled development practices, cloud-native technologies, APIs, microservices, DevOps, and Agile delivery methods to accelerate software development and improve quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions
• Utilize AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent) to improve development productivity and code quality
• Apply AI-enabled SDLC practices, including AI-assisted requirements analysis, code generation, testing, documentation, and DevOps automation
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and UX designers to refine requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in application modernization, integration, and cloud migration initiatives
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and release management
• Support Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and Entity Framework
• Experience with React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks
• Experience with SQL Server and data modeling
• Familiarity with Azure services, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practices
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience developing AI-enabled applications using Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot technologies
• Knowledge of Solution Architecture, Domain Modeling, and Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Microsoft Azure or .NET certifications
