QAI Business Analyst I

Centene Corporation is a diversified, national healthcare organization focused on transforming the health of its 28 million members. The QAI Business Analyst I supports business initiatives through data analysis, governance, reporting, user acceptance testing, and process improvement. The role also performs project analysis, recommends solutions, supports implementation, and measures business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers, initiative tracking, governance activities, and user acceptance testing of new system
• Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and business problems to improve existing processes and support value realization efforts
• Perform detailed analysis on assigned projects, recommend potential business solutions, assist with implementation, and support measurement of business impact and outcomes
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 0-2 years of business process analysis or data analysis experience
• Project management experience preferred
• Experience with Excel, reporting tools, stakeholder coordination, and business process improvement activities strongly preferred
• Finance background, specifically with plan run rate, forecasting, HBR (Health Benefit Ration), value/cost modeling strongly preferred
• Experience using Planview or similar portfolio/project management tools for initiative tracking, governance, reporting, or action item management strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills preferred
