Lead DevOps Engineer, M&S Platform Baseline

TTC Global supports important defense and government missions through complex software, modernization, and sustainment programs. The Lead DevOps Engineer will architect, implement, and maintain a secure DevSecOps modeling and simulation platform across cloud and on-premises environments. The role will also support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, container orchestration, security integration, monitoring, and transition engineering for the C2SET baseline.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and maintain a secure DevSecOps M&S platform servicing cloud and on-premises environments for critical C2 simulation, training, and integration
• Configure and support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code solutions, and container orchestration for mission-critical M&S software components
• Integrate security, test automation, and monitoring into the software lifecycle, ensuring high reliability and availability in all deployments
• Support transition engineering as new capabilities and technologies enter the C2SET baseline

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years' experience in development and sustainment of systems such as C++, Python, AFSIM, web services, databases, and/or web application development
• Deep proficiency with DevSecOps tools (e.g., GitLab, SonarQube, Fortify) across multiple environments
• Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining core platform services and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IAC) (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong record designing fault-tolerant, secure, and highly available enterprise systems
• Experience architecting and delivering solutions to DoD, intelligence, or critical infrastructure environments
