Project Manager – Healthcare(Provider/Clinical Data)

Bitcot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support technology and operational initiatives for a leading healthcare organization in the United States. The role will lead healthcare-related projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage schedules and risks, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining alignment with healthcare standards and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage healthcare-related projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate with business, technical, and operational teams to ensure timely execution
• Facilitate project planning meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment with healthcare industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices
• Prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and executive updates
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and vendor coordination when required
• Drive process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the healthcare provider domain
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, provider operations, or healthcare IT environments
• Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Experience working with large healthcare systems or enterprise healthcare environments
• PMP, CSM, or related project management certification is a plus
• Exposure to healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA is preferred
• Experience coordinating with US-based stakeholders and distributed teams
