Senior Education Analyst

Principal Global Services, part of Principal Financial Group, provides financial tools and services designed to improve customers' financial security and well-being. The Senior Education Analyst will collaborate with clients, financial professionals, and internal teams to plan and implement strategic retirement education meetings, develop tailored educational materials, prepare proposals, and ensure resources meet regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and carry out education meeting plans that align with client objectives. Evaluate plan design, participant data, and incorporate Principal services and technologies to suggest strategic approaches
• Educational Material Planning: Collaborate with clients to determine relevant education topics and desired participant outcomes, adapting established presentations and resources to address plan-specific features, financial concepts, and behavioral goals
• Partnerships and Proposals: Partner with Relationship Managers and Participant Experience Consultants to prepare detailed annual education meeting proposals. Analyze plan demographics and industry trends to guide recommendations and improve participant outcomes
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Participant Experience Consultants to ensure informative materials meet regulatory standards and quality requirements. Manage the distribution of resources across multiple platforms

Requirements:

• Analytical and critical thinking, consultative skills, and the ability to convert data into actionable insights. Capability to collaborate effectively across departments and sustain positive connections with clients, financial professionals, and internal teams
• 2+ years of related work experience such as Qualified Plans (401k plans, 403b, Pension plans); including investments, plan design, administration, services, compliance, and marketing strongly preferred or equivalent proven through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
