Security Project Manager

RegalSentry is a cybersecurity and compliance firm. The Security Project Manager will keep security and compliance programs on schedule by managing milestones, reporting, stakeholders, scope, risks, and escalations. The role also involves maintaining project documentation and preparing executive-ready materials for program reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Drive program schedules: milestones, dependencies, and follow-up
• Own status reporting: dashboards, status summaries, QBR material
• Coordinate stakeholders and delivery staff across workstreams
• Manage scope, flag risks early, and run escalations to resolution
• Keep trackers, action items, and decision logs current
• Prepare executive-ready material for program reviews

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing security or compliance projects with hands-on work
• CompTIA Security+
• Working familiarity with one or more frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF)
• Comfortable running meetings and holding owners to dates
• Detailed note taker
• Familiar using Frontier AI models, embedded or through chat assist
• PMP
• Familiarity with GRC platforms (Drata, Vanta, Secureframe, ZenGRC, or other provider)
• Experience coordinating audits or assessment engagements
• Cloud fundamentals (AZ-900 or AWS Cloud Practitioner)
• Bachelors or Master degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Development, or other technical field
