Customer Success Content & Enablement Manager

Arrow Electronics is a global electronics supply chain intelligence company that helps organizations anticipate risk, adapt faster, and design smarter. The Customer Success Content & Enablement Manager owns the content ecosystem supporting customer adoption, Customer Success, and Sales, while leading cross-functional projects, developing process documentation and training materials, and helping demonstrate customer ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Leading complex cross functional
• Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes
• Stakeholder management—Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication
• Creation of project related process documents
• Assist in training new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes
• Green Belt Certified
• PMP Certified

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation and project management
• In-depth knowledge of the electronics supply chain
• Experience with SaaS
• Green Belt Certification
• PMP Certification
• Experience in the following tools: HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce
• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Pendo
