nCino Salesforce Technical Lead

nCino Salesforce Tech Lead Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced nCino Salesforce Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise lending solutions built on the Salesforce and nCino platforms. This role will provide technical leadership across Salesforce and nCino initiatives, drive solution architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Salesforce development, nCino implementation, integrations, Lightning development, and Financial Services, preferably Commercial Lending.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce and nCino solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review architecture, code quality, security, scalability, and performance.
• Drive Salesforce and nCino best practices, governance, and development standards.

Solution Design & Development

• Design and develop solutions on the nCino Bank Operating System.
• Configure and customize nCino Commercial Lending, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement, and Portfolio Management modules.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Design scalable integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Support data migration, transformation, and synchronization across enterprise applications.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide effort estimates.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with the nCino platform.
• Expertise in Salesforce Configuration and Customization.
• Strong Apex programming experience.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Security, Sharing, and Visibility.
• Experience in Commercial Lending, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC.
