Business Analyst – Litify

Net2Source is a global workforce solutions and IT consulting company hiring a Business Analyst – Litify. The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, mapping and optimizing legal workflows using Litify, creating and maintaining user stories and backlogs, and coordinating with Scrum Masters and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units, Litify business teams , and stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements for Litify
• Map current legal workflows and processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements leveraging Litify capabilities
• Develop clear and actionable user stories based on the definition of ready, ensuring requirements are well understood and prioritized for implementation
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a healthy backlog of user stories by working closely with business owners and technical product owners to ensure prioritization and clarity of requirements
• Work closely with the scrum master and development team to review requirements, assess backlog readiness, and ensure alignment of user stories and solutions with Salesforce best practices and standards

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process optimization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration
• Experience using Jira to create and manage user stories, applying the definition of ready to ensure quality and clarity
