Promotion Agency Manager, Client & Digital Production - Minimum 5 Years Experience Required

Promosis is an independent promotion marketing agency that develops custom sweepstakes, instant-win games, and skill-based contests for major brands. The Senior Manager, Client & Digital Production leads promotional campaigns from concept and legal scope through digital development, launch, and prize fulfillment. The role serves as the primary client contact, oversees project scopes and milestones, translates requirements for developers, and manages legal, privacy, and compliance risks.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary strategic contact for clients, guiding them through the mechanics of sweepstakes, game logic, and digital contests
• Collaborate with the crew to develop accurate scopes of work, including detailed schedules and budgets for complex promotional launches
• Translate client needs into clear requirements for our developers. You don’t need to code, but you must understand the fundamentals of front-end and back-end web development
• Track project milestones and manage the "moving parts" of live promotions—from entry collection to winner selection—ensuring impeccable accuracy
• Proactively identify legal, data privacy, and compliance requirements and resolve potential "potholes" (financial or operational) before they impact the client or Promosis

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of client management experience
• Deep knowledge of online sweepstakes, contests and instant-win games is a major plus
• Articulate and straightforward communication skills
• Ability to lead online video discussions with clients
• Calm and constructive attitude when navigating tight deadlines or shifting project requirements
• Commitment to impeccable organization
• Understanding of the fundamentals of front-end and back-end web development
• Preference given to Boston-area candidates capable of meeting in-person twice a month
