Account Executive, Voice & UCaaS Sales

Techmode - Business Telephone Solutions is a stable telecommunications company that provides voice and UCaaS services to businesses and managed service providers. The Account Executive will manage the full sales pipeline, sell communication solutions to end users and channel partners, build long-term business relationships, and maintain sales opportunities in HubSpot.

Responsibilities:

• Run your own pipeline, from prospecting through close
• Sell to end users and to channel partners like MSPs who resell our services
• Sell our voice and UCaaS lineup, including VoIP, SIP trunking, and cloud calling
• Learn new offerings as we add them
• Build relationships with businesses that turn into long term accounts
• Talk with owners and executives about how they handle their phones and communications
• Keep your leads and opportunities current in HubSpot

Requirements:

• B2B sales experience helps but it isn't required
• Someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do next
• Clear, confident communication and the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfort using AI tools to work smarter, drafting outreach, researching accounts, and prepping for calls, with the judgment to know when the output is actually good
• Good judgment and follow through. You do what you say you'll do
• Comfort talking to senior decision makers
• A couple of years selling telecom or communications services
• Experience writing proposals or responding to RFPs
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Microsoft Office
