Senior Product Marketing Manager

SG Talent is partnering with a global, market-leading technology company to recruit a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on AI-powered software. The role will own product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market initiatives and launches while partnering with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Finance. It will also develop customer-focused content, sales enablement materials and narratives for AI, analytics, data and automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for new and existing AI-powered products and capabilities
• Own positioning, messaging and value propositions , translating sophisticated technology into clear customer outcomes
• Develop buyer personas, use cases and differentiated messaging for multiple customer segments
• Partner closely with Product Management to understand product capabilities, roadmap and market opportunity
• Lead product and feature launches from initial strategy through commercial execution
• Build compelling narratives around AI, analytics, data and automation
• Conduct market, customer and competitive research to inform positioning and GTM strategy
• Develop high-impact content including thought leadership, web content, presentations, white papers and digital campaigns
• Build sales enablement including playbooks, battlecards, presentations, scripts, training and product demonstrations
• Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to support pipeline generation, new customer acquisition, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Help establish the organization as a thought leader within emerging AI and technology markets

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of Product Marketing, Solution Marketing or related B2B technology experience
• Strong experience within enterprise SaaS/software
• Experience taking AI, analytics, machine learning or data-driven products to market
• Proven ownership of product positioning, messaging and GTM strategy
• Experience leading successful product or feature launches
• Strong understanding of buyer personas, customer use cases and competitive positioning
• Ability to translate highly technical products into simple, compelling customer value
• Strong sales enablement experience
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Confidence partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales and senior leadership
• A highly collaborative, self-directed approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment
• Experience within cybersecurity, AI, data/analytics, public safety, government technology, investigative technology or other mission-critical enterprise software
• Previous experience marketing technology to public-sector, government, law-enforcement or highly regulated customers
